Nasty vindictive persona. Brushed me aside and stated rudely for me to go elsewhere as he was busy - the shop was empty at the time. ROOKS TROPHIES IS NOT RECOMENDED - When to the heel bar got a five star service there.

I called Rooks on Wednesday after being given short notice to organise trophies for a presentation evening. All other local and online engravers said they could not do it. The lady I spoke with on the phone, went and took the trophies off the shelf for me as someone was in buying them all up and John had them engraved with the club logo on the trophy by 5pm the next day. Fantastic service and very fast and willing to accommodate. I will use Rooks for anything like this in future. Great customer service especially in this day and age. Nothing but good things to say.

Brilliant, engraved to a high standard, if they haven't got the trophy or item you want there are brochures you can order from, lovely friendly service.
