I moved from Southampton two years ago, where the sites were highly organised, and have found the Ross site equally as good, if not better! Staff are great and always helpful, and I have NEVER had a problem getting a time slot, even at weekends.

Great little recycling centre, staff are friendly and will help with heavy items (if you ask). Never really busy, so it gives you plenty of time to sort your waste and dispose in a timely manner. The site is always clean and organised. Well done, keep up the good work.

Having to pre book is a nuisance cause you can never get a slot these days at the weekend when most people are off work. It should open more days in the week to compensate.

This is a good well access recycling center. You can recycle most thing here which is good.
I am doing up my property and been coming down here on and off for a year or two.
Staff are friendly.

Only two problems here are the fact that it is not open every day. I work shifts so I might have to wait a few weeks to be able to go.
The second is the booking system only allows you to book so many slots every two weeks. Now this I can understand having on a weekend definitely a Saturday as before COVID it was a mad rush in the morning.
But maybe in the week stop doing it when the site is a little bit quieter.
I know the one in Hereford is bad for being empty and yet you still need to book even if there is no one there.
