Really disappointed in Rowcroft. They have seriously gone down in my estimation. I asked for perfectly good resellable items to be collected from a storage unit to be collected and sold to provide money to the charity. My late husband passed away in Rowcroft and now I too have incurable cancer with a limited prognosis to my life, hence why I am disposing of everything, and yet Rowcroft don't want to know because they said that 'they don't do that, ONLY furniture' The money that Rowcroft 'could' have made'. Not good enough Rowcroft. You need to look again at your ethics Rowcroft. You are the ultimate losers. I deliberately asked Rowcroft because I can never repay them for what they did, I just want to give back to them in any way I can.
Reading through the reviews reflects my own findings. When u take items in you are are made to feel as though you are offering them inferior goods when that is never the case. It makes you want to never return or use them again. It proves that I am not the only one.

I used to love this store, now if you buy a lamp they charge you for the lampshade separately even though it’s on the lamp. I’m really disappointed & the prices are not worth it anymore, and the staff used to be happy but not now. This store does not represent Rowecroft well at all!! To say I’m Disappointed is an understatement.

Limited size and therefore stock, though better than other options in the area. It was a long trek here to find a smaller than expected space which didn't have what I was looking for, not on this occasion. However, it IS a second hand furniture outlet for charity, so its stock is only going to be as good as its donations.

Great place to find a bargain. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Good range of furniture at very reasonable prices and excellent quality. You never know what you will find. Recommend to anyone looking to shop on a budget. Handy if you live locally. Pop in anytime and have a browse.

Was there today and was so dissapointed i picked a ringlight that seemed new and went out to take some measurements coming back to pick it the box was there with tripod but not the ring light and cabless of which were there when i left it with the staff at the counter. I had not paid for it but the staff knew i was coming back for it
be because he said that is how he will know we will return the tape measure that was not fair enough on my side hoping no one else will go through the same.

Purchased various items from them after moving house. Stock always changes and have a good selection of furniture. Prices are OK. They charge £20 for delivering larger pieces locally. Some of the staff could be more helpful.

It is now closed and is now a distribution centre. I suggest they update their listing. I walked two miles to find it closed. Thanks for the exercise
