Standard Rowlands experience, needs literal weeks to fill a basic prescription, you will be stood being stared at for a good 15 minutes before anyone bothers to acknowledge you and they are ghosts unless you go in person, don't bother waiting for the text, they don't ever bother sending it.

Only saving grace for this low grade chemist's is that, at least they aren't openly hostile like the bunch of witches at the precinct chemist.

As Pharmacists go, this one is very much like other adequate ones. The only issue is the opening time!. The notice says 9:00am, but when the chap who runs it decides to appear (to open up as he seems to be the only keyholder) it's usually around 5 past 9?!!. Then there's the alarm to disarm, preparations for the day to be made, and a queue of people who've turned up, stupidly expecting it to be open (at the time stated on the main door notice). After all's ready, you're looking at 10 past 9, at the earliest. To ensure that you're not sat around waiting for it to open, after getting there with the ridiculous expectation of it being open on time, do yourself a favour, and leave it until at least 20 past 9 before arriving.

Just want to say how good the staff are at this pharmacy. I went in today to collect my prescription and 6 people in the queue. They were obviously very busy and the assistant could not find prescriptions and worked so hard to locate each bag of medications. The telephone ringing non stop which added stress to the staff. Just want to say a huge thank you for all your help x well done for all pulling together to get things moving 👍
