Arranged to sell my old iPhone 7 for £200, it was in perfect working order & in very good condition. Once the company recieved the phone they told me they could only offee me £160 because of some small silver specks on the back of the phone. I rejected their offer & sent it to Music Magpie instead who gave me £198 with no complaints of silver specks.

I would have put none if I could, terrible service.
I was offered £248 for my Iphone at first, they then claimed there was damage to the screen and it wasn't working properly so they then offered me £124. My phone worked fine and had no damage to the screen, I sent a video showing no damage and I also put extra packing on my phone to protect it in transit! They then offered an insulting £140, an increase of £16 and never responded to me about RPC damaging my phone. Please for the love of god do not use this company!

Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL!

I sent off a phone 7 and a Samsung S7 edge. Both in very good condition baring in mind these are second hand phones. Usual wear and tear tiny scratches as you would usually expect. I got offered £140 for the Iphone and £85 online and requested a package to send them off. As soon as the phone got there they said the price has dropped on the Iphone and they could only offer £120. I agreed this speaking with a gentleman called Graham who seemed genuine at the time. He said payment will be processed for you at the new rate and I believe same day payment is advertised. A WEEK later I get another email to say the price has dropped again. They are now offering £80 for the iphone 7 and wait for it.......£8!!!!!! for the samsung! Absolutely disgusting company, no professionalism at all and false advertisement. Please don't ever use this company they are a scam! I paid £14 for delivery on both phones and now lost that too.

DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICES. I sent in an iPhone 6 and had to pester for weeks for my payment. At one point I was convinced I would never see the money I was owed or my device again. They were very prompt in supplying the envelope and I could see my account had been updated on a number of occasions but I had to email and call numerous times. I changed from a PayPal payment to a cheque because I would be charged, this isn’t made clear either. The check took another 6 days to arrive. Extremely poor service. Will NOT use again.

Dodgy, by trade, so you send them phone on the promise of a price for honest declaration, phone sent recorded by own cost. Phone received... amazing damage then discovered on phone and much lower price cost offered.... and reading many other trust pilot reviews seems to be their way of trading.

Wouldn’t recommend. Pop it on eBay and sell yourself!

Cowboys. Offer a crazy valuation over the odds and offer free postage then tell you that you selected send by self. Obviously I didn't because why would I want to pay to send it. Then they tell drop the value by 20% for "scratches on the screen, one visibly deep" the phone was in a case it's entire life with a screen protector don't make me laugh. I bet they don't send it back first class recorded like the insisted I did. If i get it back ill update this review to 2 stars out of shock.

Absolute shambles of a company. Do not send your phone here. Have to pay to send your phone to them. Promise a good price for the phone then give you a much lower cost option. I could not be bothered to get the phone sent back so i just accepted the lower cost. I never recieved the money after a week so had to chase them up for it.

Sent my phone at the end of March. Received an email on 5th April stating they've knocked 30% because of wear and tear. It was in perfect nick. I still accept3d as couldn't be bothered waiting for it to be returned and sending it off to another company.

It is now 24th April and I still haven't receiced my funds. Emailed three times chasing the money and had no response. Just called them at 16:34 and automated msg says to call back during opening hours between 9am and 5pm!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before hand
