DO NOT SAVE THE ANIMALS ON THEIR DOORSTEP
A poorly pigeon found shelter in their doorway, he was suffering with canker, which is deadly if left untreated. His head was twice the size of a normal pigeon, he couldn't close his mouth because of the growths and could barely breathe, and definitely couldn't eat or drink. The woman working there complained that he'd been there since Friday (now Monday!!) and shooed this suffocating, starving animal away. Prevention of cruelty to animals obviously only means cats and dogs, not the actual animals outside your door. Absolutely VILE.
Luckily a friend was walking by and we took the pigeon to a private local rescue where he is recieving treatment and love. His chances of survival are low, and his unimaginable suffering was prolonged by the 'RSPCA''s complete neglect.
This is NOT the first time they've refused to help birds outside their home. They do not help animals, don't give them your money- donate to locally run rescues who put animals over profit and optics. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The lady who served us was very abrupt when my husband asked if a damaged album could be reduced from £20, the cover was torn. She insisted that it wasn't torn when it was put out. He thought it was overpriced anyway, she stated that they used the disc cog app. My husband collects records and searched the price and it was £12 in excellent condition! We didn't buy it so the shop has just lost£12.!!!
