RANG monday morning told somebody would get back, emailed wednesday when nobody had got back and received this........'We did not reply to your email on Monday , Your email to me failed fraud detection. We we receive a lot of fraudulent emails . As to your rude comment to someone you have never met. I am glad you never received a reply. As we do not have the pleasure of sitting in front of a computer all day. Might I suggest you ring instead of trying to save money'............ this person needs to get their facts right ! what a way to run a business.

I sent an email to this company (they also use the business name Adam & George) and followed up the following day with a telephone call to amend it from one booking to a potential three. I had the misfortune of speaking to an incredibly rude, condescending excuse of a man who shouted over me with phrases that ranged from "Look love, we don't sit around here all day looking at emails.." to "We're too busy out and about working, you'd be lucky to get a reply before next week.."
Not quite what I expected to hear from a company that advertises 'Family run with over 25 years experience and a personal touch'.
He was so ignorant I actually hung up on him.
Sir, if you can't be bothered or are too busy to check your emails, may I suggest you don't advertise them as a form of contact on your website!
Judging by the other comments on Google, which I wish I had read first, this guy seems to happily be collecting 1* reviews as though they are a badge of honour.
If I could have given zero stars - I would.

He was on time and offered a fair price for the job. Friendly and got the work done in next to no time and cleaned up after.
Would recommend him to anybody looking to clear a garage out

I only rang up for a quote and the man on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not have chosen to go with them even if they weren't charging far too much.

Rude. Rang for a quote, and then tried a different company which happened to be the same one and got 'youve just rung me' and then he hung up on me. Get some manners.
