Great staff who are actually friendly polite and helpful! spotless! Noticed them helping elderly infront of me which was great to see in todays day and age, (used other sites in past where its messy unorganised where people just stood around pointing and grunting) so today made my opinion change and ill definitely be using this site more often. Thank you all.

I popped to the Rugeley Recycling Centre this afternoon with some bulky items to be disposed of. They were a bit awkward for me in both size and weight. I opened my boot ready to put the items into the skips/containers when a gentleman came over and offered to help. This lovely man took the largest and most awkward things to the relevant container and pointed out the correct receptacle for the smaller things that I carried. Andy, the gentleman who helped me, is absolutely a credit to the facility, helpful, friendly, polite, and very kind, and I would like to thank him and all the team who do such Stirling work there.

Much better now that the site has been generally tidied up and that cars park alongside the skips for unloading. The staff are helpful and keep the cars moving into free spaces. I'm using the site a lot at the moment and it saves so much time to fly through - thanks to all involved.

Seems to be a significant change of staff at the site. All of the chaps Ive encountered working there over the last two weekends have been absolute legends, so helpful, polite and friendly - credit where credits due. What a difference people make.

What is the point of having opening times if they are wrong 5:10 pm and it's shut. I hope the staff are being paid part time wages

When was going to the top so enjoyable. The staff here a absolutely amazing and cannot do enough to help and assist you. It’s tidy and well organised.
