WARNING DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
We replaced a copper tank in our care home I called and spoke with the MD Charlie who said he couldn't tell me the value without weighing first and said it would need to be collected weighed and then payment would me made I told Charlie the money raised was going to our residents fund to treat our elderly vulnerable residents. They collected within the hour and we trusted them to pay as discussed. Nearly 4 weeks later despite emails and calls asking for payment bank details being given twice there's still been no payment. I'm sure @cheshirepolice would agree this constitutes theft and from elderly vulnerable people too how shameful. Absolute disgrace of a company I will be contacting police to report a theft tomorrow and I will provide all evidence I have too

Spot on service , the guy on the yard was super helpful and welcoming , money was paid into bank within the hour and got nice amount for what I took down , will definitely use in the future ….

Shame they are unable to collect as quick as they take your money. I also needed to know which day they would collect due to access, they couldn't even tell me that, just within 5 working days, the cost of the skip £195 for a 4 yard and they can't provide simple information once they have your money. Would not recommend not very helpful

They are bad with payment often it gets forgotten about and you have to chase them up for it, I've been waiting 4 days now was told it would be within an hour and they never even sent it. Also happened before with them. Prices are reasonable

brilliant people , tidy scrap yard ,they sweep up before you drive in so no punctures. very polite ,unloaded me so i dindt get dirty . paid straight into my bank the same afternoon , outstanding service
