Phoned to enquire about an LED tail light for a VW Golf Plus. Got a call back shortly afterwards to let me know they had one. Collected it a few days later.
Great customer service.
Polite, helpful and friendly staff, well organised site and very sensible prices.

Needed some parts for my Panda, having checked the 'Currently breaking' section of their website, I messaged about availability and received a prompt and courteous reply confirming what I needed was available, so I headed down from East Lothian.
On arrival one of the guys took me out to the yard to confirm the exact parts I needed and we checked a couple vehicles to get the best available which he effortlessly removed from the donor car along with a couple pieces of interior trim that were missing from my car.
And whilst I was out in the yard my wife was having an issue with the vending machine, which one of the guys swiftly remedied for her.
I was pleasantly surprised when it came time to pay, I was charged a very reasonable amount for the parts.
All in all I was very impressed by the service I received from a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. They had a vast selection of vehicles in stock, and I wouldn't hesitate to use S & I Thomson or recommend them in the future.

Came for a back replacement tail light, guy had sourced 2 to make sure it was correct one, asked him to fit it for me, was not too much trouble, fitted it 2 mins, great service, would recommend this place
