We were far from home (Cardiff) and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with different warnings! Took car in, feeling relieved this was during working hours. Lisa had a look. To our great relief she identified the problem and assured us she could fix it even though they were really booked up. Luckily we were there to holiday on the Broads so didn't need the car! True to her word she fixed the car and the bill was a lot less than dealership prices.

Absolutely fantastic service by SMT Motors. I was unfortunate enough to experience a coolant leak whilst on holiday in the area. 1 call to SMT they allowed me to bring it straight down (despite being incredibly busy already that day!) it was diagnosed professionally, a new part ordered arrived and fitted the next day. Very informative on the phone and priced very sensible for the repair.

Absolutely amazing garage run by trustworthy people!! I hate to say it but being a woman and not knowing much about cars I feel some garages can take advantage of this. I've tried many garages in the area and since finding SMT I won't go anywhere else!! Fantastic customer service and always help to help. Thank you x

We had an emergency on our way to our holiday on the Norfolk Broads, I did a search, and found this amazing little garage, they repaired the car very quickly and at a reasonable price. I can't recommended them highly enough.

Went to this garage 1 day just to make enquiries about items for my car. I then called them the next day for the items that I wanted was a very good price so I called them again and booked my car in to be repaired got my car back within 2 hours and very happy with the results and would go back again 5*****S Brilliant thanks
