This establishment epitomises why I hate using scrapyards: hostile, aggressive staff, cars stacked three high without any care or skill meaning most parts are already trashed while still on the cars. I drove 90 miles to pick up a bonnet advertised on e-bay - the ad showed a presentable and straight donor vehicle. When I arrived the car in the picture had had its wheels, bumpers, lights and mirrors ripped off and it been dumped in a big muddy puddle and then 2 other grievously assaulted ex cars had been unceremoniously dropped on its roof by forklift. As I walked up I could hardly breathe when I spotted the bumper off of the VW Polo above was lain across my new bonnet. I gently lifted it off to reveal several large muddy footprints across the bonnet where someone had used it as a platform to stand on while working on the car above. It was badly dented and useless despite them specifically listing it as a distinct, individual part with a digital photo attesting to its good condition. So 180 miles, two Dartford crossing charges and 5-6 hours of my time for nothing. This place is NOT a vehicle dismantlers but a bunch of animals who handle the cars with zero care and skill. DO NOT USE!
