Would recommend SRC to anyone!!!! went in this morning about a wheel as was a-bit of an emergency and was very happy I landed myself at SRC! The staff were very helpful and polite and straight to the point with great communication and an amazing price couldn’t be happier with the service will definitely be going back when needed again 10/10 ?

I entered my registration plate online & got a quote, I spoke on the phone the next day & car was collected the very next day & this morning (the day after collection) the money is already in my bank - The man on the phone & the truck driver were great & explained everything regarding collection & the paperwork etc & they both did exactly what they said they were going to do - faultless, great service all round, Thank you, from Rich Stevens

Very impressed with the service .Called and spoke to a lovely lady (Nicola) agreed a price - my car was picked up next day by a friendly driver and I was paid the day after. Extremely professional - a lot of Companies and sectors could learn from these guys

Not impressed. I didn't receive payment when I was told it had been put through, mistakes happen which is fine but employee Darren was incredibly rude, telling me "it's my problem not theirs" and suggesting I don't know how to read my own banking app. I honestly don't believe this payment error was intentional and I did receive payment the following day but instead of an apology, employee Luke claimed it has been put through twice to avoid any admission of fault. It wasn't put through twice of course. Wouldn't have minded the error but the way I was spoken to by Darren was the most disrespectful customer service I've ever received in my life and is the sole reason I'm here writing a review. A bit of honesty and politeness and I would have been happy with the transaction despite the initial error.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was using this place. I was a little emotional about letting my little old banger finally be put to rest and the lady behind the counter was very empathetic and considerate. They also gave me a fair price for my old girl and explained in great detail what I needed to do next regarding tax etc.
