Having never owed theses guys a penny after 4.5 years spending over 20k a year here, they, without notice, completely changed the payment terms twice in 2 months causing me and my family financial hardship, and causing the company to under. They were made aware of the situation before the changes came in to effect but carried on regardless. Not only have they lost this loyal customer, they' will continue to lose more with their poor service on all fronts of their business. I'd advise steering clear of them for anything to do with waste or scrap. There are much better alternatives close by.

Awful company. Dangerous drivers and workers that are incompetent. Clearly only want to cut costs without regard for proper training or adequate facilities. Take your business elsewhere to avoid getting ripped off and blamed for their stupidity.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience this morning. On arrival I was greeted by a very professional and friendly lady on the weighbridge, I think her name was Jessie. I was given clear instructions as to where to go as this was my first visit. Upon reaching the metal shed I was once again greeted with professionalism and smiles by two lovely young men ( possibly called Alan and George ).
Top marks to Sackers staff, you are a true credit to your employers.

This company is a con I took my scap metal down and they weighed it then got me to unload it the when. I went in the office to get pay they told me it less than 250 so we don't paid. Didn't get my metal back so it makes you wonder why they don't tell me before.

Great place. Tipped some waste for some part time work I was doing for a friend. Guys on the Weighbridge were helpful. The manager in the office (Toby I think) was really informative and even gave me advice on other materials that I could bring into Sackers in the future. Big thumbs up from me

Very surprised on how clean the yard was this morning, i normally go to whip street but was with a friend who was cashing in on today's fortune. EXCELLENT rates for such little scrap metals looks like I will be going to Sackers from now on, so 10 out 10 & big shout out to the very helpful young man on copper & lead scales American accent, he alone has made me a Sackers customer Thankyou..
