I live across the road from Sainsburys and I am probably in every day. No problems most of the time, however I came in today for another bottle of wine and the Gentleman popped it in my bag. When I left the alarm went off so I stopped and looked around, and all the staff said go ahead. When getting home my guests were eagerly awaiting a glass of wine only to be let down as the staff had not taken the security cap off. I returned to the store again and all was well. How embarrassing!!!!

All Good here. Good to have nearby for the 11pm closing time. Usual Sainsburys but wrap up this store is FREEZING!
Staff all very helpful. Can self serve here although never usually a wait at tils here.

Don't order here through Uber Eats. As other reviewers have pointed out, if they don't have an item it will simply not be delivered - no substitutions, no communications. For me this was the one item I actually really needed so I then had to go out to the shops anyway and therefore wasted a lot of money (delivery charges, Uber fees, plus the items are already over-priced through limited choice).
One message or call could have avoided any problems. Perhaps they were scared I would just cancel my order, but instead they have lost my business for good (not much of a challenge since I don't shop much at over-priced Sainsburys anyway)

Ordered a grocery delivery through uber eats today. I was advised after my order had been placed and the driver on their way that half the items I ordered from their site were unavailable! What a total con. I ended up paying a huge delivery fee for hardly any items. Sainsburys need to update their items properly . I could understand 1 or 2 items not available but not
15! Booooo!!

Really handy for these last minute purchases, it's a pity that the Aldi price match prices don't seem to apply to this style of shop.

Sadly they have stopped selling loose potatoes, large bags are to many when you live alone, plus to heavy to carry home.

Friendly staff, very helpful, prices are good, produce always well presented and fresh, variety of goods I think is good as it is a small store.
