I've been using J Brown and sons for a few years now and all I can say is what a Great service, top prices paid and very helpful. I've used many scrap metal dealers in the past but this is definitely my number one place to go. Joe and the boys are extremely helpful when I turn up to off load the van and they never have any issues in helping, then separating the metal with me before it goes on the scales. Never had in issues in payment so would highly recommend they guys!

Very reliable small family run business, I was happy with the price & service even though the family is really going through at lot, as they lost their son recently. I would highly recommend them. I have used them a few times now, being a woman I don't like going to scap yards, but this one is a family run friendly business!

I am very annoyed that I went to J Brown with my scrap over a week ago , and after many phone calls , which were never answered , I still have not been paid for my scrap .
Please everyone be aware and don't use this company.
If this jolts Joe into having a guilty conscience hopefully he'll pay up
