I do like salvation army as all the money (in the past used to go to the charity) not to the managers senior managers for salaries or wooden coat hangers. This shop is great but noticed prices creeping up and up. Rang for a pensioners wheelchair/walker priced a little more than anticipated. However they refused to negotiate a more reasonable price as it needed servicing as the brakes didnt work properly they said they wont negotiate on prices. As things are donated I think if an offer is made and its a reasonable one then it should be at least be considered. But!!! I suppose It is going to one of the better charities.

Used to be amazing for a bargain. Not sure whats happened but now charging £3 a book when they used to be 50p across the board. Clothes have shot up too as well as most other things. Will lost their customer base at this rate.

Nice to have parking directly outside. Majority of the staff really friendly, however have noticed prices on items have increased dramatically. Appreciate that this is a sign of the times, however some of the price tags on the clothing is higher than the original shop price tags (still attached). Nowhere near as busy as it used to be, heard a few people in the shop saying how expensive things are compared to other charity shops.

Laid out well. Can get parked on most occasions. Staff are helpful and the salvation army are a good charity. Not overpriced but definitely not cheap cheap either. Fair pricing with lots of things to choose from.

You can easily get used items here such as clothing's, furniture's like beds, wardrobe, sofa and tables, shoes, bicycle and some electronics.
