Nearly drove for 4 hours to collect a part I was told was there only to find he had not even been arsed to check - and guess what, he didn't have it! The laziness and lack of consideration for other people leaves me mad. 4 hours plus fuel plus childcare arrangements - my advice is try somewhere else, this guy is clearly a total nob.
