Nice guys and good service. Was able to book a recovery a few days in advance and they kept in contact throughout the recovery on the day, confirming drop off at the garage. Would use them again.

Disappointing service. Unfortunately Satellite Recovery caused a small amount of damage to my vehicle, damaging my front licence plate and aluminium surround. The issues really came when I contacted them to try and resolve this issue and bring it to their attention. I had taken photos of the vehicle the day before they collected, for a different purpose but they clearly showed the condition of all of the vehicle. I asked the driver to send me a photo upon delivery just to show it was safe and sound at the garage it was going to. On this photo I noticed some damage although it wasn't too clear so had close ups taken by the garage, which show the damage and a scuff mark from the rubber stopper it had impacted with on their truck. Their response to this was that either the damage had obviously happened in the 10 - 12 hours it was on my drive before they collected or that I was some how trying to take advantage of them and making the whole thing up. They did collect and deliver it when they said they would, but my advise to anyone thinking of using Satellite Recovery, would be to take photos of the vehicle immediately before and after loading with the driver present and have them sign to say they whiteness the photos, also take photos of it on the vehicle on their truck as they will claim it was at least 200mm from the bar at the front, but i know it was closer, looked more like 50mm when I saw it.
