Brilliant garage, booked at short notice for all 4 tires, lovely service & really kind genuine people. Have used this garage a few times and never any issues. Would recommend. I even was behind 30 minutes my appointment time and the guy on the phone when I called was really kind and didn't make me feel like it was too much trouble for them to sort and when I brought it in, I was not waiting long at all. Thank you!

Called in ‘on spec.’ due to a tyre pressure monitoring light showing for several days. Had already tried adjusting all tyre pressures and ran the vehicle to bed them in (after also resetting the system) - light still on. Very courteous receptionist listened to the problem and said they had a meter that would check the system as the ‘sender’ unit would seem to be working (sending actual pressures to vehicle app.) - could I wait 15 - 20 mins. Within this period, friendly operative collected my keys, tested all round; re-set and handed the car back; job completed and out within 30 mins. of arrival. Interestingly, chatting with other people in the waiting area, they also had positive things to say including a BMW driver who was pleased with the cost of his tyre replacement. Would highly recommend.

The team at Savoy Howden are great, I’ve taken several cars there in recent years. Always genuine feedback on the issues and work that is or isn’t required and very fair pricing. They do a great job to get you booked in quickly and get you back on the road. Thank you

I've used Savoy a few times and they have been fantastic. They have always gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough. They are my 'go to' place. Recently I needed some advice on some worn tyres and issues I was having with the dealership I bought my new car from. Jake was so helpful, he thoroughly checked my tyres and his advice was invaluable. He gave me all the information I needed, to go back to the dealer.

Phoned up to see if a new indicator could be fitted as BMW was to take over a week. No problem. Was asked to come down same day and took the guy less than 10 minutes to replace. Will definitely use again .many thanks.

Visited this branch today after hitting a brick in the road and needing tyre replaced quick, nice friendly guys checked all other tyre pressures including the spare before putting it back in the boot and replaced a valve without extra charge due to cap being sized on, brilliant service.
