Nice charity shop with a wide range of clothes, especially the women's section, as well as a changing room. Books section was a little empty though considering it's a larger store.
This store gives me the impression that it's one that purchases brand new clothes to sell under the guise of 'second hand' due to the amount of fast fashion branded clothes in here that look like they've never been worn. No evidence really to support this, just a thought.

I went in with my friends the other day, and there was a staff member being trained on the tills the manager training them was so condescending and rude. It was very uncomfortable to witness, especially when that staff member is volunteering their time and is having to endure being spoken down to.

Staff was getting trained on tills, and was being shouted at in front of everyone for simple mistakes, making me and my friends feel uncomfortable and distressed, don’t feel like anyone should treat their staff this way especially publicly when shop is busy as makes customers feel uncomfortable too.
