Family ran company friendly and helpful. Supplying the north east with building aggregates sweepers low loaders tipper wagons not forgetting skip delivery's the same day. Need a road permit because of no drive ask for a wait & load drivers waits until you load the skip.

Have dealt with Scott Bros before and have always had a positive experience, until today. Requested a delivery of top soil for 9am, no sign of it still at 11 am so was running out of time to move it off customers drive way. Office couldn't locate driver after several attempts, turned up at 11.45 driver extremely rude after commenting that it was late shortly before driving off with the soil still on board leaving me to fork out for unneeded labour and a wasted day. Great service Scott Bros!

Ordered a skip on line to deliver a week ago. I'm still waiting. After a phone call was promised it 2 days ago. They said they were busy, but if they can't deliver they should say so. This is what I call very poor service. Certainly won't be using them again.
