Came to get metal from my garden and never paid me the money. Never knocked on door to say they were in my garden, just took the metal and left. Easy half a tone o scrap as well. Complete joke. Can't run a business like that, it's wrong.

Phoned to arrange collection of very large metal bunk bed which was too large take to the local tip. Keen to be removed as taking up space outside the house. Was advised it would be collected that day and within two hours of phone call it was!! Would definitely recommend.

Exactly the same experience as Amanda - wish I'd read independent reviews first! Wasted my time over 2 days, a simple text saying 'sorry can't make it today' would have sufficed. Inefficient and discourteous.

Despite numerous calls and messages, nobody ever got back to me. Terrible customer service, save yourself the time, effort and headache by using someone else.
I got in touch with Aussie scrap metal, excellent customer service. Collected right away

Said he could collect washing machine but never showed up. If you can't do it just say no. wasted our time when we could have looked for someone else.
