I messaged on the website this morning with my vehicle reg and contact number. I then received a phone call from Adam later on that morning and was offered a price I wasn't happy with. Adam said he will make a call to see if he can offer closer to what I was looking for. He then called me back and made me an offer I was happy to accept. Thanks for the speedy turn around. Adam arrived on time qnd loaded the car onto the truck, transferred the money instantly and did all the paper work on the DVLA site for me. No messing at all.
