Very poor experience.Will never use again.Ordered a gearbox.Gave me a date of delivery between Thurs and Mon.
Arranged specially for someone to be in each day to accept delivery.
No delivery.
Rang up and told gearbox found faulty on removing from car.Stated they tried to contact me numerous times to inform me.
I will not accept that as somebody was always available to take a call and there is no record of calls whatsoever.
The chap I spoke to just repeated "Made numerous calls" to everything I said
Well versed on that attitude I suspect.
Very poor customer service and wasted days of my time in getting car back on road.Say again,Very Poor.
