Agreed to sell and got it booked in for collection a couple of days later. Driver turned up on time, checked my paperwork and took the car with no fuss. It’s my first attempt and went smoothly. I cancelled it while driver is on my door way. Still they book new appointment for next day. Which means they really care about customers flexibility. Give me better money than other scrap car businesses. Driver was well mannered show me how to transfer car he came on time as well. Customer service picked phone on time and gives plenty of information. Satisfied overall performance was excellent.
