Brilliant service from Scrap my car and First Choice Car Spares. I was scrapping vehicle on behalf of my Mum, so could not be present when it was picked up. Kept me informed all the way through, even phoning just after they had collected the vehicle. Mum said that Andrew was excellent with her.

Absolutely terrible, the pickup driver tried to knock down the pre agreed price on things that were known. Afterwards when he was loading up the car he decided to redline and drop the clutch 4 or 5 times because the brake pedal had stuck down. Instead of letting me see what the problem was he then proceeded to do it again until he blew the turbo and then told me the car wasn’t worth the money and knocked me down on price. When he finally let me get in the car I noticed the brake pedal was a little low, put my foot under it and lifted and the car moved fine.

Completely unprofessional and then tried to argue that a car smoking after multiple redlines and clutch drops while cold was not normal and that there must be something wrong with it.
