We Scrapped our car thinking it would be crushed , as expected when you call a scrap company to collect your car , good communication at first transferred money and come and collected car , we where then later recieved a letter from Mansfield recovery to say the car had been impounded due to being pulled over on cloned plates and informed us we could collect it from the impound , this came as a shock to us as we thought it had been crushed weeks before , we also started to get parking fines , ulez fines etc. through our door because the man had clearly been driving the car around and thinking he could get away with it by leaving it in my partners name.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Terrible service, answered the phone drunk, swearing down the phone extremely rude. I was told someone would call me to come out, then was told there would be a £150 call out charge and the yard was 5 minutes down the road! I required a replacment wheel that is all I was willing to collect. 10 out of 10 definitely wouldn't recommend.

Can't rate them zero stars sadly they have had my car since Wednesday last week still no payment no one answers the phone no one answers emails or messages to the point now I am reporting them to trading standards and reporting the car to the police stay away from this company unless you want to give away a car for free

Very bad services....
Scrap my car actually its not a scrap,but they want to buy cheap car and use them for spare parts or fix them and put them back for sell.
When you make booking through the web site after couple of minutes you receive on email offer with price and description if the car is automatic you will get another 100£...
Nothing of that is true
If you call them,then on the phone you'll get another offer which is way too low and kindly he'll tell you that he need the car for parts amd if the engine is blown away he doesn't have interest in the car.
Strange company with bad attitude and services....
Something else to add on top of that - they contacted me two days after to tell me the company gonna sue me for the bad feedback....
All documents and V5 were presented and the car has been taken by other companie.
Don't listen that guy with absolutely fake information
