Excellent service from start to finish. Very good price and free fast collection. The collection driver, Tony, rang en route with a collection time and was very friendly. My car was stuck in gear but he was able to get it on the lorry without any damage to my drive at all. I would highly recommend the company, especially Tony, to anyone who needs to dispose of their car.

When first recommended to me I have to confess i was sceptical, "will I get a fair price, will that price be honoured and will I get paid at all?". My fears were all unfounded and the reality was an honest, fast, hassle free , polite and friendly service. I also consider the amount paid as a very fair price. Excellent service. Website made it easy to register the car with them, follow up phone call came quickly after the start of their working week, non-runner car collected promptly, and certificate of destruction reached me the next day. They also paid twice what another site offered. Dealing with them was so simple, but not Schofield.

Tony was again helpful, cheerful and efficient. Will happily use again if we need to and definitely recommend.
An amendment as we had yet another car collected in the same week. Tony again did a great job cheerfully.

Very happy with this service. Anything relating to used car sales tends to make non car industry people twitchy and when you have to deal with the inconvenience of a dead vehicle , the last thing you need is more stress. However, I found this service helpful and easy to deal with. All questions were responded to swiftly. The collection was easy to organise. The receipts, payments and collection all happened smoothly and exactly as explained. All the complicated work is done for you. I would recommend this service. Thank you.
