Handy location for me with easy access and close parking. I have had issues with stock not being available and needing to be ordered in for me but other then that, good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately returns are not currently possible due to the Covid19 situation but I'm sure it will be back to normal eventually.

Staff are brilliant always friendly, at the moment it seems that there is a regular shortage of stock. Understand its a bad time at present, but lack of updated catalogues has twice lost me money due to prices being higher than in the old catalogues.

I use Screwfix, Evesham quite regularly. The products are decent quality, prices are good, click & collect is very easy & hassle free, and the staff are always friendly & deal with the orders quickly.

Needed a new valve for a two year old kitchen mixer tap which started leaking. I think I bought the original tap from them, but not 100% sure. Took the old valve with me as a pattern. I was surprised that although they had quite a few in stock, none were compatible. Hey ho.
Bought one from elsewhere off the internet when I returned home. Tap now fixed. (very glad I took the old unit with me).
Shop very quiet, girl behind the counter tried very hard to help.

The prices are also very good, Much cheaper than any other DIY store around this area!
