I went in recently and the manager served me, she just stood there when she was free, but I had to ask if she was serving as she just stood back, she was very rude. When I received an item I explained it was not what I wanted, her face was angry and unhelpfull with an attitude. She did the refund but not happy, it made me very uncomfortable.

Went in a couple of days later to collect something I had ordered online, this time once again a young man with a beard, stood behind the counter, I had to ask if he was serving, just like my experience with the boss. He answered me a nealy 50 year old lady with Yes MATE, I was very taken back and offended, which I pointed out, he asked what he should call me, I replied just a simple how can I help, he was singing and not bothered one bit, he had been extremely unprofessional and rude. Obviously leart behaviour from his rude manager. No sorry, just singing. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have used Wincanton Screw Fix in the past with no issue and being served professionally. Why has the customer service dropped so bad?

Lovely customer service - I had a punctured tire on my bike and despite the fact screwfix is not a bike shop - they put in their best efforts to help me out . Lovely employees

Love it. Check stock availability online then go in and collect. Open early morning, so you can pick up before you go to work. Hepfull staff and always friendly.
