Just been to this premises. Got 2 x parts for my vehicle. They even fitted it while I waited. Cannot fault the friendly staff, & the excellent service. Tons of parts on hand.

Bad experience.
Paid and ordered a rear bumper advertised by them.
Had nothing for a few days regarding dispatch of the bumper.
So messaged them to then find out they don’t have one in stock.
Then another message back from them saying we do have one in stock.
Then another message saying i have been refunded.
Massive inconvenience and a lot of messing around for absolutely nothing.
Waste of time.

Placed an order for door switch,with express delivery,called a week later to discover it wasn’t even sent out yet.Wrong part was ordered although part number was correct.called twice to request a refund and was told boss will phone me back,didn’t happen,requested return label thru web page no reply ,sorry but won’t be using again
