Our van broke down and needed to be transported from Fareham to Bournemouth. It was difficult to find help due to the van being a long wheel base but luckily we came across SDW Recovery. Great service, better price and friendly staff. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Sorin was very helpful. He picked my motorcycle and give us lift to garage in Southampton. Going extra “mile” for customers and not charging leg and arm deserves highest rate beyond google 5star!

From the initial call to recovery at a time that suited me was absolutely fantastic, slight change of delivery address. He was more than happy to do so at such short notice, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Great friendly guy, I support local businesses, he has definitely set the standard extremely high for what he did gave me. Great advice on a couple of bits. Even jump started my vehicle as the battery wasn't very charged, What a lovely friendly guy

I broke down in the middle of the road, front axle/cv joint completely snapped leaving me unable to even push the car to the side. It was late night on a Sunday and I had my partner and baby with me. I contacted SDW, had an instant response and Sorin said he could be there within the hour, it turns out he was a lot further away than Google made it seem. Arrived within the given time, was very careful to not break the car any more when placing the skate and took his time with getting it onto the tow truck to avoid further problems.

I was offered a lift in the truck and my uncle met us at the drop off point. Sorin was lovely, excellent at his job and did his best to keep the car together. 100% would use again if I was that far out, I wouldn't trust anyone else with damage like that and I couldn't have asked for a kinder, more patient to person to have dealt with. It was a pleasure! Thank you, Sorin 🙂

Called SDW recovery at midnight on a Friday night as tyre had blown on the M27. Tried some of the bigger companies first but they said I’d be waiting on the hard shoulder until the morning !

Sorin was brilliant! Despite being at home asleep, he answered the phone, gave me a quote within about 10 mins, and got to me in less than an hour from my first call.

Loaded the car onto the truck, took it to my local garage, and took me home. Paid by bank transfer and received invoice / receipt via WhatsApp the next day.

Sorin was really nice and chatty and did a brilliant job with no fuss.

Highly recommended!
