Three staff sat and watched as I struggled to empty rubbish from my car. They were good enough to to let me through before closing the road for the crusher and wait until I had emptied my car myself. Had they helped me, they would not have had to wait so long then they wouldn't have let the cue to get in become so long it blocked the roundabout.

Staff are surly bordering on rude, it wouldn't kill them to offer to help when they can clearly see a woman on her own struggling to lift something into the skips. They also seem to delight in having you have to go round more than once

New to the area so first time using this place. First thing I noticed is no booking to use the skip which is great. I had some garden waste and it was easy, just turned up and parked next to the skip for that and dumped it in and left. Easy!. Very impressed.

Small wait in the queue but not for that long. Was good to see someone who tried to jump the queue was told to go and join the waiting cars. Plenty of signs to say go to the next roundabout and join there.

Absolutely great place. During these difficult times they have organised the entry very well and gave clear instructions on where to park and what skips to use. There were staff around who we friendly and helpful.

After years of using this place, was turned away with a car full. Never been asked where im from before today. Now apparently 10 mins up the road is too far.

Friendly, helpful staff. Visited 13 times in 5 days due to house move everything went smoothly.
