Very early days as we've only just signed up to them but so far I cannot recommend enough. Jess is a star - walked us through the best options, saved us money by explaining we didn't need a separate recycling bin, as they put all the waste through a picking line and was over 50% lower than the cost of using the local authority for a higher capacity!

If the rest of the service is this good, I cannot hesitate to recommend Sensa.

Sensa have been nothing but smooth since signing with them, collection are carried out every week and if missed due to weather or what not, it’s collected within 48hrs.
My dedicated account manager Gabriel is easy to get in contact as I have his number directly. None of this 0333 numbers and wait in a queue.

Do not employ this company to empty your bins. After being with Sensa for over 5 years, almost 5.5 yrs we encountered many issues with bins not being collected, i would be ringing almost weekly to find out the issues, driver sick, roads busy, weather bad blah blah, then when it had not been emptied the week after it would be over the weight so they would then charge us the additional ! We even have CCTV footage of the drivers going through our waste checking what it was! So we cancelled the contract and guess what, now they want to take us to court!! For not paying an apparent Breach of contract payment of £642.60 for terminating the contract.
After 5.5 years and almost £12,000 we have paid you, your company treats your customers like this. it is shameful!! I have never heard of a rolling contract that lasts for eternity as apparently Sensa waste ones do so for anyone signing up please read it very carefully !!! Do not be fooled

Diabolical company. Experienced problems from very early on in our contract and even now, months after the contract ending, we are still waiting for a bin to be removed from our premises, despite calling and emailing multiple times.

I would absolutely advise you to avoid doing business with this company.

We were getting ripped of by Biffa Waste.
Charging just under £200 per month..
Then Biffa started saying our weight had gone over, then started charging more.
Biffa staff wouldn't even come inside the business to collect the large Bin.

Out staff had to traipse over 40m from carpark to main road, as Biffa drivers wouldn't come to collect during our opening hours, which was 6am to Midnight.

We cancelled with Biffa as the initial contract stated they would collect our bin during the opening times.

Biffa still dragged it out as long as they could.

We were closed for five months, for refurbishment and let Biffa know in advance.

Biffa still had no mercy and charged us full price, even though they never collected anything.

An employee from Sensa named Ash came over to tout our trade, and offered us an excellent deal, there was no need to negotiate, as there rates were straight half the price of Biffa, and they didn't have an issue collecting from on the site.

Ash sent the bin over to us with 3 days.

Had no issues with Sensa at all so far, and hoping this excellent pricing and service continues for a long time..
