Shame you have to give 1 star as I would do minus a million. The way that sandwell residents have been left stranded by this awful company, is disgusting. Sack the lot and give it back to the council. How you can leave people with stinking rotten rubbish these last few weeks, is totally appalling. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Disabled, bedbound lady and no rubbish collection. Sickened to the core. Don't expect a nice welcome from residents guys. You will be ignored

Refuse collection driver nudged my vehicle and caused a scratch to the rear bumper.

Serco have refused to show me the footage from inside their vehicle and refuse to take any liability. The footage from their vehicle would prove the incident but they won't even look at it.

On strike since early June. Grey bin has been missed was missed Thursday gone. Recycle not being collected because of strikes. Sandwell charging extra £35 for green bin. So council tax don’t cover green bin now! Wanting more than 7.5 % payrise. I can’t even get more than 1 % percent payrise. No Union for pharmacy staff nobody to get us a payrise!

Pay your staff properly and collect the bins like you should be doing. This shouldn't be too difficult as you're reporting record profits. If I was on Sandwell Council, I would be getting rid of you for breach of contract.

Serco work for Sandwell Council. I am registered for assisted collection. The only bin that has been a problem is the household refuse. Missed 3 collections in 4 weeks and yet again missed the household collection this week on the 27th May 2022. Disgraceful and very upset.

I'm disabled and use the bin collection service however , the last 7 weeks the bin has not been returned to my property , I ve reported this every week , this time they have left my bin by the neighbours car , I've had 4 heart attack and a 3 back operations there just useless

They have left one of our recycling bins unemptyed today. Not a very good service at all.
