Absolutely appalling company - they received a call from my mother who has dementia and charged her over £500 for a call out that should have cost around £150. When I called them back within an hour and explained the situation as well as requesting a cancellation due to their extortionate rates, the manager simply repeated that they'd explained the costs and she'd given them her credit card details and agreed. When I referenced her dementia, he simply said that someone else (her helper) was also on the call - something that should have raised alarm bells in itself! Disgusting behaviour from a company known to overcharge, according to our regular waste management company. Avoid.

Grease trap was almsot brand new after service, great job. Highly recommend

Wasn’t too happy to see the driver of one of your vehicles chucking rubbish out their window on their way out of Hathersage. Maybe be more considerate with your ‘waste management’.

Disappointing. So far after emptying the tank, the tank is now not working and is overflowing onto the garden. No sense of urgency to come and fix the problem. The customer service is patchy, one man incredibly rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. Other staff very friendly but not interested in sorting out the problem unless you as the customer call and call and call. Waiting to see if they are going to come and fix it. It’s been very stressful so far and have had to spend a lot of time on the phone to their office staff with promises of it being fixed but then nothing happening for days. Probably won’t sleep well tonight worrying about it to be honest. Bit of a nightmare.

Very impressed by this Company especially dealing with an issue which arose whilst desludging our waste tank. I cannot thank David Wilson of Serious Waste enough for his commitment to resolving the problem which he professionally and speedily sorted out for us , responding without hesitation in a helpful manner which a lot of Companies should use as a great example of how to deal with their clients.
