Absolutely brilliant, quick service. Communication around the quote was excellent, and the automated reminder was especially useful (it tells you the time to expect them). Paul and the team arrived when they said they would, and got stuck in straight away with good communication up front to make sure everything was ready.

Despite having to cut the shed panels in half due to limited side access, and the shed being quite rotten and dirty in places, with a whole host of snails too - they didn't leave a mess.

The shed and contents were dismantled in record time and the team were extremely polite and efficient. Post-removal communication was excellent too, I was sent an invoice and my waste disposal form the same day.

You can tell Paul and team really care about what they do and the people they meet. I was spoken to like a human not just a wallet, and appreciate the care they took as they worked. It's just a shame they're not a multi-trade business, because I'd be a repeat customer!
