My most recent visits have discovered the most actively circulating,, and convivial, assistance from the site's operatives, contrasted with the previous gruff reticence of others. Uplifting!

Big bloke with glasses speaks to you like you’re dirt on his shoe. Saw me struggling being pregnant and not once offered to help. Once a year I go here and seem to be greeted by him every single time. Same stinking attitude. Not surprised people fly tip. Probably to avoid his disgusting attitude.

It’s kept very clean and it’s easy to identify where types of waste need to go. Their daily opening times are also a great plus!

My mother and I were confused and slightly worried about the process and cost of putting plasterboard into the dump but the guys working at the dump were extremely friendly and helpful as they walked us through it all and explained the removal charges in a way that we could understand.

Will 100% be coming here again for whenever we need to get rid of things!

Good tip helpful blokes,....... Tidy gaff.... Nice experience.. But unfortunately infrastructure collapsing due to them on high who make idiotic decisions based on their lack of knowledge of the shop floor, making their jobs harder, having to do more stuff but not having resources to.... Blah....

Great to have this place on the doorstep, right in the outskirts of town. The staff are friendly and helpful which is great. Often quite busy, resulting in traffic queues building from the Centre back out along West Mill Lane. No charges for personal use, perfect.
