Have used these guys a few times now, always a good service and good prices. Most recently ordered a horn and made payment, afterwards I realised I needed a wheel bolt and called back to see if they had one and asked if they would add to my order, send out and charge me accordingly. We were sent a faulty gearbox, clearly not inspected by Sherburn before being sold. We were only aware of these issues after the part had been installed into our car and fully tested by our mechanic. Sherburn did communicate with us and have since refunded the cost of the part. They refuse to be liable for any of the labour costs incurred due to their failure to check parts before selling them. We are £360 out of pocket so I would strongly recommend not using their services.

Messaged them for price on interior light and tiny bit ov wiring from light to sunvisers quoted £50 + postage I said bit steep for me could I just buy wire ,got no reply messaged two more times again got no reply ,I think he's a very greedy controlig man definitely wouldn't use them ,he's like saying if you won't pay fifty quid you can't have anything ,who's gona want a bit ov wiring for an old peogeot I offered thirty quid for bit ov wiring still got no reply ,what on earth is this world coming too when someone can be that greedy n mean

Somewhat in desperation I put up a request via Breaker Link for a hard to find engine bracket. Sherburn responded immediately and were happy to field my calls and messages. Also threw in the bolts. Thanks for the great service. Will use again.

Husband got a quote and ordered a replacement rear light cluster yesterday late afternoon. Got a text message from the delivery company this morning before 8.00am….package arrived before 11.00am.Very well packed with loads of bubble wrap. New cluster is fitted and working- excellent service all round…. Will recommend to others.
