Not too impressed. Skip delivered fine then when it was collected they took a mattress off and left it on our drive. Thought everything on a skip was taken. Didn't realise they chose what they did and didn't want. My husband has left a message but no response yet.

Having been promised the skip would be collected on Friday, as I needed the driveway from that night onwards, I rang them up late in the afternoon to find out what was going on. They told me they wouldn't be coming that day at all. Apparently they didn't think it wasn't worth ringing to tell me this. They promised they'd get it first thing on Monday, but they'd also ring me back after they'd checked if they could get it on Saturday. I didn't get a call back.

The skip sat on my drive all weekend, an impressive inconvenience, but at least it was going on Monday morning! Oh, but it didn't. Monday came and went with no collection. I didn't get home until late, and no one had bothered to call me - again - so I didn't realise this until way after business hours.

I rang them up Tuesday morning to be told the skip had finally gone, and I was given a shaky explanation blaming tacos and something about valves. Nothing about why I hadn't been top of the list on Monday, no apology, and a rather bizarre round of questioning of why the skip being there had been an inconvenience after I noted that I was annoyed at the skip being there longer than it should have been.

Nothing wrong with the skip itself - but then I don't know how you could get a skip "wrong." Awful communication and customer service, though. Avoid.
