Brilliant from start to finish, spoke to Andy (top bloke) from the Milford depot who was very informative over the phone and helped re-set up a work account. Delivered on time and was exactly what I needed for the job (bare ground scrape creation for wildlife on a nature reserve). Will be using Shorts again to make more bare ground scrapes in the future! Would highly recommend.

Have used Shorts for many years,on our latest project we must be on our 7th or so skip.Ordered for convenience a skip just before Christmas on the basis of having a fresh skip on the builders return on Jan 6th.
Just into the 3rd week of Jan recieved a phone call from Shorts saying that as we had the skip for 4 weeks we now had to pay a £40.00 per week surcharge despite the fact the site had been closed for two weeks over Christmas!
Never been asked for this before have Shorts lost the plot or is the owner just short of fuel for his Helicopter!
Have rung another local firm for a replacement skip with a £60.00 saving!!

Quick and pleasant response to my email query about collecting five pallets. Arranged the collection at a reasonable price. Next day two pleasant men in a caged van turned up on time and took away the pallets. As a private resident it was reassuring to find a company which dealt with such a small amount of work so efficiently.

I have been using Shorts skips for over 10 years but I am afraid this will be the last time. My builder was running over by 3 days, my skip collection was booked for the Monday so I asked if I could postpone collection until the Friday but they insisted I had to pay a £50 fee. Awful customer service, just felt very money grabby and not at all accommodating
