Staff need to learn manners. Not knowing where things go when asking. We say where we are going and they have ago. We go there and hey told something else. Absolute joke. Always been like this. No manners just attitude and rudeness!!!!

No plastic section, wish it opened abit later! What about people still at work 5pm is silly .
Also isn’t the environment important enough to put a plastic recycling section.

Have used the recycling centre twice in the last 2 weeks and each time have been really impressed by the staff and facilities. I was helped each time by one of my two children who live in other areas of the UK. They were both astonished at this superb facility, it was so much better than the ones local to them. Well done Shrewsbury.

Easy to use and Staff are approachable with questions about where certain items would go. Queue can be a bit long to get into the place sometimes but if you know what times to go you can head straight in just use the parking at the outside bit if you don't mind the short walks between the car and the disposal points.

Well organised and friendly staff. The hours where reduced back in 2020 during the pandemic but it’s now 2023 and Covid-19 is under control and the hours have not gone back to what they used to be.
