I’m very impressed with this company! Quick and easy communication (even took time to answer my queries on the weekend which was not expected but very appreciated!) and reasonably priced in my opinion as I couldn’t believe the extortionate prices that some bigger companies were charging. My stuff was collected within two working days of my initial enquiry so I am very happy with the service I have received. I had a massive amount of household clearance where we had downsized in housing and kids had turned to adults and left most of their unwanted belongings to start their own lives and as a non driving single mum it ended up just building up more and more, Shrewsbury Removals and Waste Disposal Services was efficient in giving me a quote, which I thought was a very fair price, on the day the gentleman came i was shown proof of licensing, nothing was too hard, very polite and efficient, he went above and beyond in cleaning everything up and taking it all away.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. All in all fantastic service

I needed a divan bed and mattress to be taken away. It was a very heavy and bulky base so I needed support. I called and spoke to Jack who was extremely professional. He gave me a very good price to come into the house and carry downstairs to remove. He called ahead to say he was on way and was very friendly and got the job done very quickly. A great service and from my initial enquiry to having it taken away in less than 24hours. I would recommend Jack for the service he gave. Excellent Service supporting local business.

This is the second time we have used Shrewsbury Removals and Waste Disposal Services and have been very impressed on both occasions. The owner Jack is very friendly and helpful and gave us an estimate up front with no hidden charges etc. Compared to hiring a skip for the day, SR&WDS's rates were very reasonable and affordable. Jack contacted us on both occasions and kept us informed regarding our garden waste collection. The collections were very punctual and Jack was very efficient and a pleasure to meet.

Overall a pleasant and painless experience and without hesitation we would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.
