AVOID! I have never experienced a doctors like this in my life. The staff are terribly rude individuals, especially the receptionist Yvonne. She is completely incompetent at her job and will make everything difficult for you every time you phone in. Me and my partner had a baby and got zero help and nothing but hassle from that receptionist. We were going to complain about her attitude to which we got an extremely rude phone call from the practice to which a girl raising her voice telling us to join a different GP if we had a problem and trying to blame us. They ended up taking us of the doctors list without telling us and my wife wondered why she hadn't heard from her health visitor in so long. Disgusting attitudes from the staff!. They did all this because we said we were going to complain. In my eyes the receptionist should be sacked!

Appalling receptionist staff! They think it is ok to be rude and hang up on patients. I had only had my son 3 weeks and had to phone about a prescription as the pharmacy advised they hadn't received it I was told tuff there was nothing they could do about it. I then advised I was going to make a complaint. I decided to let it go on that occassion however a couple of days later I received a call from a Russian woman from the complaints department and was basically told I don't have a leg to stand on and she was very rude and argumentative. I advised that I wasn't willing to discuss the issue anymore as I was in the middle of feeding my son to which she continued to tell me I was in the wrong. A week or so later I received a letter through my door stating my son and I were removed from their list. I was then left at 6 weeks postpartum without a doctor or a health visitor for me and my son. This caused me a huge amount of stress and would not wish this on anyone!

Receptionist Yvonne is always so helpful. Doctor Frenschock has been great at arranging short notice conference calls given current situation, and provided really clear advice. Really impressed

A Terrible system. Receptionist lady does not show any emphathy and she is so rude. You have to be your own doctor in UK. There is no other way.

I hope who just answered my call reads this because your attitude is an absolute disgrace and you're in the wrong job!! I phoned just for a query to be giving an angry response that im phoning the wrong number and it clearly states that in the message at the start and to phone my GP and find out the right place to go!! I was just going to ask what part of cambuslang gate do i go to for my blood test! I only wish I got your name!!

Asked for help with my mental health and something to help me get back to work as I have bad nerve damage in my hand and all they done was took me off my tabs to help with the pain doctor is useless wouldn't advice anyone to join the surgery
