Bought injectors on Ebay and after 2 weeks they haven't arrived, it does states it has been send following day via Royal Mail 1st class. When messaged on ebay they don't respond. On ebay their phone number is provided so I Called the number 3/4 times and they just decline. This took two weeks and now eBay is going to refund my money back. That's not how you treat your customers. I'm surprised how your still in business.

Bought a gearbox ,told him it is urgent,phoned him several times to check status of shipment ,he told me that he is going to send me tracking number but never did , After two weeks ,of messages , he did not answer phone any more and eBay is going to refund my money back. I don't think it is professional to do such things
