Amazing service from start to finish. Debbie and the team have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We’ve had 6 skips in total and each has been delivered and picked up on time, with great service. They’ve been mega flexible when I’ve had to change deliveries at late notice. Could not recommend them highly enough

Do not use this skip company !! Booked an 8 yard skip with them and they said they had to come and collect it after a week even though it was only half full and didn't need a permit. They never let us know this was the case, they took the money and didn't send out another skip. Never heard anything like it very dodgey !

Exactly the same story for me as previous reviewer. Arranged and pre paid for skip to be delivered on Monday to remove waste wood from kitchen refurb and to be collected next day on Tuesday, filled skip Monday night ready for pre arranged collection on Tuesday. Called and called countless times on Tuesday to have skip removed and all the reply is "its on the list driver working over" now Wednesday evening and still not removed. Called them twice today and the same reply. I only pre paid for it to avoid having to wait around for delivery/collection. Totally useless company who cannot keep to an agreement and i suspect are fobbing customers off because they have the money but do not want to deal with the waste they are being paid to do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I specifically asked for a skip for 24 hours only as I needed access to my drive after that time for equipment to be delivered, I explained this when I placed the order. The skip was not collected after 24 hours, when I called the company to ask why it had not been collected, I was told that it would be collected the first thing the next morning, this didn't happen either. I phoned so many times on Saturday , i lost count, the phone kept ringing out even though they were open until 12pm. So now I've had to turn the equipment away as they couldn't get access, and I have incurred charges Thanks Skippy, I will NEVER use you again, you ignored my request and did not stick to your side of the contract!. Use someone else.

Excellent service from friendly staff! Used this company 2 or 3 times now and it`s always the same service, wouldn`t use anyone else!! Prices are really competitive as well to other companies, would highly recommend these guys!!
