I would not recommend this company. We hired a skip that was meant to be collected promptly — instead, it was left on our property for over three months despite multiple follow-ups.

Not only is this completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint, but it also caused inconvenience, limited access, and created a real eyesore. Promises of collection were made several times and consistently broken.

If you’re looking for a reliable waste company that values your time and space, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Out of good faith I let my neighbour use our drive for their skip. They used this company. This company was based at the top of our road but have done a runner as they are a amature cowboy company and no longer exist and will not answer their phone or collect their skip. Ignore all good reviews as they are probably fake! I have told my neighbour to contact another company to remove the skip as I need it off my property. I will report their website and get it taken off. Please use legit companies for skips to avoid this chaos.

If you’re looking for a professional, polite and efficient service, I highly recommend Smiles & Son Skip Hire. I requested a skip hire two days before it was needed with a same day collection and they made it happen with a more than fair price! Brilliant service. James was friendly and helpful from start to finish. As I didn't know what size I would need he helped me choose the right size. He then dropped it the next day at the time agreed. And when I was done all I had to do was ring him back to say and it was gone by the next day. Very impressed with the service from smiles and son. I would definitely be using there services again and highly recommend to everyone.
