We made an appointment but on arriving there we had to wait for over half an hour on the road. Very frustrating when you have an appointment!

Once in, it is a very small recycling Center. Only a couple of cars can be within the compound at one time. Parking isn’t very easy so if you have a big car or aren’t good at driving/parking then don’t go here.

Most of staff are unbelievably rude, telling people us to hurry up when they didn't close for another 15 minutes and we had to wait for 10 minutes after we got there because they had to crush the waste bins. Employ staff that haven't got a stick up their backend because if they are going to work in a face to face job, I expect some kind of respect. Not to be screamed at from across the yard.

Made several gardening waste drops at smithies on the 20th August.
Paul, Phillip and Matty were all absolutely amazing. They helped my sister and myself empty the car and into the skip.
They were all very friendly and had a great sense of humour, lots of giggles. Was a lovely atmosphere.
It was so lovely to meet such a good team and leave with such a pleasant experience.

Staff are rude and feel they have to tell you when you should be doing there job ie tidying up. I presume they just get paid to be rude and try and improve there sarcastic replies rather than Keep the area clean and running smoothly. They also like to threaten to ban you from bringing down rubbish if it can in any way make there day harder than propping up the skips with there shoulders and god forbid they have to use a brush and shovel as if that happens they become ruder and even more obnoxious.

I’ve used these guys for over ten years and this last visit was the best I’ve ever known it. They were laughing and joking with the public and helped sort my rubbish out into the right locations. They started emptying my car for me!! Excellent and thank you

4pm closing time.. why are the gates getting closed before that.. The attitudes on a certain few are terrible, If you get there for 15:45pm you will get turned away ?
