Having missed 2 calls, I answered the 3rd only to receive a lecture as to why I should have answered. But trying to explain why, with a 10 day old new born and having recently lost my job, I rang looking some help. I ended up getting the most patronising and condescending call handler and would rather starve than let the volunteer belittle me further. Shameful behaviour. Your volunteers should be walking with Christ rather than looking for an opportunity to belittle and judge. Lost my temper when they said their service wasn’t to be taken advantage off and I’m literally sat with no electric. Good to know SVP do the devils work too.
